Description: Special modified char forming agent, but isn’t APP and Al(OH)3 or Mg(OH)2 to modified surface structure. Is nonvolatile white powder, thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, insoluble in most solvents, and well compatible with polyolefin resin. This environment friendly flame retardant is conformed to Euro RoHS.

Application：Suitable used in injection and molding articles of PE, PP and PE-EVA. These materials compounding with UTFR-POC-3 have excellent physical properties like tensile strength, thermal stability, surface/volume resistivity, high electric strength(deeping water), blooming resistance, low shrinkage, and effective flame retardability which can reach UL-94 V0. It can satisfy most electronic wire, cable and peripheral components.

度,, 低收缩率, 电气强度(浸泡水中), 电阻性, 低介电常数, 热稳定性, 抗水解性, 抗迁
移析出性之高效无卤阻燃剂. 氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁添加量60%以上达UL-94 V0, 改质
APP系统有吸湿水解迁移析出问题, UTFR-POC-3添加量30 ~ 40%达UL-94 V0. 适用
于PE,PP, PE-EVA电子讯号线, 板材, 薄膜等.
